Kupwara, May 25 (Press Release):  On Wednesday Army Camp Gujjarpatti received a distress call from Mr Tawseef Sheikh resident of Surigam regarding requirement of oxygen for his 71 years old relative Mr Abdul Gani Sheikh suffering from Pneumonia. He was admitted in SDH, Sogam on 21 May and released today with advice to be on oxygen support. However, due to increased COVID Pandemic, the family was unable to arrange the oxygen concentrator on such short notice. His SPO2 had dropped to 87 and thus the family contacted the camp for help. The camp responded promptly and sent two oxygen cylinders with Nursing assistant to their residence. The team acted quickly and was able to restore his SPO2 to 92. The Indian Army had proved itself to be a real HUMSAYA.
