75 healthcare workers inoculated against Covid-19 in  UT Ladakh

Leh, Feb 09:  A total of 75 healthcare workers were inoculated against Covid-19 infection in Leh and Kargil districts  today. 27 healthcare workers were vaccinated against Covid-19 infection at Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC) Bogdang. While, 29 healthcare workers were inoculated at Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC) Turtuk where the head pharmacist, Mohammad Abdullah received the first job of Covid-19 vaccine.

Similarly, a Covid-19 vaccination drive was held at Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC) Panikhar in Kargil district where 19 healthcare workers were vaccinated.
As per the data provided by the Office of the State Immunisation Officer Ladakh a total of 2436 healthcare workers have been vaccinated to date out of which 1436 healthcare workers are from Leh and 1000 from Kargil district.
