Leh, Jan 20, 2021: The Deputy Chairman, LAHDC, Leh, Tsering Angchuk inaugurated the third phase of 5 days Integrated Multidisciplinary Professional Advancement Course (IMPACT) training for the teachers of Nubra, Khaltsi, and Leh zones at the District Institute of Education and Trainings (DIET), Leh today.

Chief Education Officer, Tsetan Dorjey; Principal DIET Leh, and Nodal Officers of Leh district and UT Ladakh were also present on the occasion. Around 180 teachers attended the training virtually from different zones of the district.

Dy. Chairman highlighted the importance of teacher training in the education system to enhance competencies of teachers for effective teaching in classrooms. He further requested the teachers to motivate the students morally which will help the teachers to address the needs of students in their classroom and will improve their learning outcomes.
