Leh, Jan. 18: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, seven persons tested positive for COVID-19. All the positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh, out of the positive sample reports 06 samples reports were detected from COVID Lab Leh and one sample report was detected from True Nat.

The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 09 patients yesterday, out of which 07 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 02 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 91; 88 in Leh district and 03 in Kargil district.

The bulletin further informed that 424 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 55 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, tankers, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Saturday.
