Leh, Oct. 09: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 100 persons were tested positive for COVID-19. Out of the total positive reports, CMO Leh received 91 positive reports while CMO Kargil received nine positive reports.
The bulletin further details that 29 patients in Leh were discharged yesterday after their negative sample reports were received. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 1299; 1015 in Leh district and 284 in Kargil district.
It also reports that 222 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. The bulletin further details that in Leh district total positive cases admitted in Covid Hospital are 51; total positive cases in home isolation are 586; 83 in COVID Care Centre, and 281 in facility Isolation. Similarly, in Kargil district total positive cases admitted in Covid Hospital are four, total positive cases in home isolation are 255, and 25 in COVID Care Centre.
