UT President, Manish Sahni gave away notebooks, pens and Corona kits , included gloves, face masks and sanitizers among other precautionary material to students of community classes run under Samagra Education and DIET in Adarsh Enclave-2 , Trikuta Nagar Jammu.
While distributing the kits, Sahni said that the party leaders have been instructed to visit these community classes in their respective areas and distribute Covid-19 preventive material.
Taking a dig at the high officials of the Education Department, Sahni said that we shouldn’t forget that “Jaan Hai toh Jahaan Hai”.
He said that the pandemic is far from over since everyday number of cases are rising and administration has so far on the backdrop in its containment. He said that “Everyone specially the children and teachers must take utmost precautions to prevent themselves. He appealed to the people to adhere to all the Covid-19 SOPs and follow the guidelines issued by the administration from time to time.
Other party leaders who were present included president Mehila wing Meenakshi Chibber, Gen Secretary Vikas Bakshi,Vice President Surjeet Singh chib, Secretary Raj Singh.
