Jammu | Friday 21 Aug: Five Bootleggers arrested by Police Station Domana in different FIR Nos.235,236,237 U/Sec 48(a) Excise act.On 21-08-2020 one police party laid naka under PP pounichak by SI Rohit Bhagat, 2nd party laid naka under PP Chinore by SI Deepak Bharti, 3rd party laid naka under P/s Domana. All the three nakas were laid under the Guidance of SHO PS Domana Insp Chanchal Singh.
During checking 52 desi quarters (180) by police party Chinore and 54 desi quarters (180ml) by police party pouni chak and 52 desi quarters by PS Domana total 158 desi quarters (180ml) got recovered from their possession. On further questioning they disclosed their identity as Bal Krishan S/o Yash Paul, Sukhdev kumar S/o Bihari lal both R/o of Gho Manhasa, Narinder Singh S/o Pritam Singh R/o Camp Gole Gujral Jammu, Arun kumar S/o Ashok kumar R/o Lower Roopnagar, Mool Chand S/o Mathra R/o A/p Muthi.
In this connection Case FIR No.235 /2020 U/Sec 48 (a), FIR no.236/2020 under 48 (a)Excise and FIR no.237/2020 u/sec 48(a) Excise act got registered in P S Domana. The team carried out the nakas under the close supervision of SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul, SP Rural Jammu Suram Singh and overall supervision of SSP Jammu Shri. Shridhar Patil ( IPS).
