Leh, Aug 07: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, informed that 07 patients from Facility Isolation at Leh were discharged today, after the negative sample report was received by CMO Leh yesterday.
Yesterday UT Ladakh received a total of 19 Positive reports. All the 19 positive sample reports and 118 Negative reports were received by CMO Leh from PGIMER Chandigarh. CMO Kargil has received 66 Negative sample reports from PGIMER Chandigarh.
Today 253 samples were sent to PGIMER Chandigarh for testing. Out of the total samples, 98 samples were sent by CMO Leh and 155 samples were sent by CMO Kargil.
With this, the number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 411; 298 in Leh district and 113 in Kargil district and that the condition of all 411 active cases of COVID-19 in UT Ladakh is stable.
86 passengers and drivers and helpers of 22 tankers, 30 trucks and 11 light vehicles were screened at Upshi Check Post yesterday.
Similarly, 98 passengers and 284 drivers and helpers of 209 trucks/tankers and light vehicles were screened at Khaltsi Check post yesterday. The vehicles were also sanitised.
