Leh, Aug 04: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, informed that 11 patients of home Isolation at Leh and 07 patients from Facility Isolation at Leh were discharged today, after the negative sample report was received by CMO Leh yesterday.
Yesterday UT Ladakh received a total of 49 Positive reports. All the positive reports were received by CMO Leh.
Out of 49 Positive sample reports received by CMO Leh, 44 positive sample reports and 140 Negative sample reports were received from PGIMER Chandigarh. 04 Positive sample reports were received from COVID-Lab Chuchot and 01 Positive sample report was received from DIHAR Lab Leh.
While, CMO Kargil received 05 Negative sample reports from PGIMER Chandigarh and 16 Negative sample reports through Rapid Antigen Test.
Today 164 samples were sent to PGIMER Chandigarh for testing by CMO Leh.
With this, the number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 400; 294 in Leh district and 106 in Kargil district and that the condition of all 400 active cases of COVID-19 in UT Ladakh is stable.
75 passengers and drivers, and helpers of 13 tankers, 19 trucks and 09 light vehicles and 06 empty buses and trucks were screened at Upshi Check Post .
Similarly, 75 passengers and 305 drivers and helpers of 237 trucks/tankers and light vehicles were screened at Khaltsi Check post yesterday. The vehicles were also sanitised.
