KARGIL JULY 24, 2020: Lieutenant Governor Ladakh Radha Krishna Mathur has given approval for the release of funds to the tune of Rs 98.27 Crores under the SDP Budget 2020-2021for clearance of work done liabilities of the languishing projects of Leh and Kargil districts.
The funds comprise of Rs 76.634 Crores under the PWD (R&B) and Rs 23.64 Crores under the PHE/Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
These projects have been held up for many years due to the non-availability of funds.
