Leh, July 23: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, informed that 04 patient in Home Isolation at Kargil and 03 patient from COVID Hospital Kargil were discharged today, after their Negative sample report were received by CMO Kargil yesterday.

With this, the number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has dropped to 183; 159 in Leh district and 24 in Kargil district and that the condition of all 183 active cases of COVID-19 in UT Ladakh is stable.

Yesterday CMO Leh received 01 positive sample reports and 132 Negative sample reports and CMO Kargil received 01 Positive sample reports and 49 Negative sample reports from PGIMER Chandigarh. Similarly CMO Leh also received 02 Positive sample reports from COVID-Lab Chuchot Yokma.

Today 122 samples were sent to PGIMER Chandigarh for testing by CMO Leh.

131 passengers and 262 drivers and helpers of 172 trucks /tankers and light vehicles were screened at Khaltsi Check Post yesterday. The vehicles were also sanitized.

109 passengers and drivers and helpers of 63 tankers, 21 trucks & 08 light vehicles were screened at Upshi Check post yesterday.
