Leh, June 30: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, informed that 03 patients from COVID Care Centre and 29 in Home Isolation from Kargil district were discharged today after their Negative reports are received by CMO Kargil yesterday.
With this, the number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has dropped to 324; 107 in Leh district and 217 in Kargil district and bulliten further informed that the condition of all 324 active cases of COVID-19 in UT Ladakh is stable.
The bulletin further reports that, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Leh received 06 positive sample reports and 37 negative sample reports from PGIMER Chandigarh. Similarly, CMO Kargil also received 59 negative sample reports from PGIMER Chandigarh yesterday.
CMO Leh also received 03 positive sample reports from COVID-19 Lab Chuchot Yokma yesterday.
Today 77 samples were sent to PGIMER Chandigarh for testing. Out of the total samples, 06 samples are sent by CMO Leh and 71 samples are sent by CMO Kargil.
97 passengers and 205 drivers and helpers of 132 trucks /tankers and light motors vehicles were screened at Khaltsi Check post yesterday. The vehicles were also sanitized.
The Health workers at Upshi check post screened 125 passengers yesterday, which includes drivers and helpers of 70 tankers, 37 trucks and 03 light motor vehicles.
