Jammu: Directorate of Indian Systems of Medicines (AYUSH) in collaboration with Gandhi Global Family J&K organised 10th COVID- 19 Medical Camp and distributed free immunity boosting drugs in the premises of Govt High School, Gole Panjpeer, Near Baba Sehajnath Temple, Talab Tillo Area, Jammu. The medicines were provided by ISM Ayush J&K.
270 people mostly senior citizens & children were examined by an expert team of doctors deputed by Dr Suresh Sharma ADMO Jammu, Indian System of Medicines (ISM) – AYUSH J&K.
In his message, Dr Mohan Singh Director ISM recommended everyone to adopt herbal medicines and enhance their body immunity as a part of a proactive measure to fight corona virus. GGF J&K President Padmashri Dr S P Varma expressed gratitude towards ISM AYUSH J&K, Corporator Mr Sat Paul Kurupia and his team and GGF volunteers for the successful conduct of this camp where general public was benefitted.
Earlier public awareness on COVID19 & its preventive measures was conducted by ISM Dr Shefali Sharma. The medical camp was inaugurated by Er K K Mattoo GGF Advisor J&K.
Dr. Neetan Dutt, Dr. Shefali Sharma, Mr Nishad Khajuria Pharmacist represented Indian Systems of Medicines. Dr Prem Sharma GGF Advisor Jammu, S. Jaswinder Singh (Kuku) GGF Advisor Jammu city, Mr Parshottam Mehra, Mr Camres David (Babloo)(President Masih Sewa Dal), Mr R.S Blouria,
 Mr Titus Gill, Mr Amit Varma and Mr Chander Bhan Singh Thakur Dass represented GGF.
A prayer was also held by all gathered on the occassion for the speedy recovery of an ailing friend, Senior Advocate Shri B.S Slathia, Former President J&K High Court, Bar Association Jammu undergoing treatment at PGI, Chandigarh.
Shri Sat Paul Kurupia, Corporator Ward no 32 and his team felicitated the Doctors and Paramedical staff of ISM and GGF Volunteers of Covid-19 team on the occassion.
Overall GGF 49th relief camp was dedicated to Brigadier Rajinder Singh- the saviour of Jammu & Kashmir.
