Jammu, May 29: Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has contri buted an amount of Rs 10 Crores to Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund (PM CARES Fund) towards the efforts being undertaken by the Government of India to prevent and contain COVID-19 pandemic across the country.

Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu has sanctioned the said amount out of J&K Relief Fund to be released as a contribution from J&K UT towards PM CARES Fund.
