Srinagar, May 27: Police Wednesday arrested duo and registered a case against them for misbehaving and assaulting health employees inside Trauma Hospital Pattan in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Reports said that two persons entered into Trauma Hospital and started capturing video there. When employees objected and asked them not to disturb them, they misbehaved with them and one of them even assaulted a health professional.

Block Medical Officer Dr Tasavur Khan lodged a complaint and accordingly a police party led by SHO Pattan arrived on the spot and detained the duo.

Dr Tasavur Khan told  that the duo were acting as a stumbling block and were disturbing the health employees. “Misbehavior against health employees won’t be tolerated,” she said.

A police official confirmed that an FIR has been lodged against the duo for misbehaving and assaulting health professionals.

He identified the arrested persons as Arif Dilawar Khan and Ghulam Nabi Tantray, both residents of Pattan.
