Pulwama. May 21: To pay honour and respect to Head Constable Anoop Singh who was martyred today in a terror attack at Prichoo Pulwama, a wreath lying ceremony was held in District Police Lines Awantipora where floral tributes were paid to the martyr.
Civil & Police Officers led by IGP Kashmir Zone Shri Vijay Kumar-IPS, IGP CRPF Shri Rajash Kumar, DC Pulwama Shri Ragov Langar-IAS laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains and paid rich tributes to the martyr.
Among others who paid floral tributes to the martyr include senior officers of CAPF, SP Pulwama Shri Ashish Mishra-IPS, Commandant IR10th Shri Fayaz Ahmad-JKPS and other officers and jawans of the police and security forces.
The martyrs’ body was later on handed over to his next of kins for last rite.
