Srinagar, May 15 : Asking people to strictly follow guidelines, including maintaining social distancing and proper hygiene, to combat COVID-19, Chest Disease Hospital, Head of Department, Dr Naveed Shah on Friday said that as most Coronavirus positive patients are asymptomatic or have mild signs they pose grave risk of infecting high risk population.
