Srinagar, May 2: Two soldiers who suffered injuries after Pakistani rangers resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation along LoC at Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district succumbed to their injuries, officials said.
Defenceman spokesperson, Colonel Rajesh Kalia, in a statement Said that Unprovoked CFV by Pakistan in Rampur Sect on 01 May 2020.
He said Unfortunately, Two soldiers succumbed to their injuries. Army salutes their supreme sacrifice.
Meanwhile official sources said that the Pakistani rangers targeted the civilian population as well and injured three civilians including a minor, women and damaged two residential houses.
