Jharkhand, Nov 25. TEN Network | Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address two rallies in Jharkhand on Monday, in Palamu and Gumla districts. The rally in Palamu’s Daltonganj will be held at 11:35 am and the second rally at Gumla will take place at 1:20 pm.
Assembly elections in Jharkhand are scheduled to be held from November 30 to December 20. Polling will be held in five phases, with the first phase beginning November 30, second phase on December 6, third phase on December 12, fourth phase on December 16 and the last phase on December 20.
Congress has forged an alliance with Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) to take on the BJP.
Results of the election to 81 seats in the state Legislative Assembly will be declared on December 23. The term of the current assembly ends on December 27, 2019. (TIE)
