Jammu:
Selection trails of 5th Asian Junior Taekwondo Poomsae Championship on July 19th 2019 & 3rd Asian Cadet Taekwondo Poomsae Championship on 20th July’ 2019 at Amman, Jordan was conducted by Taekwondo federation of India (TFI) in collaboration with J&K Taekwondo association at Dogra Brahamin Pratinidhi Sabha Jammu. The trails were headed by acting president TFI D.N Pangotra, General Secretary TFI Parbhat Sharma and Vice President TFI Sanjay Sharma.
The Chief Guest of the Opening Ceremony was General Secretary J&K Olympics association, Dr. Ashutosh Sharma while speaking on the occasion congratulated all the players participated in the Asian championship trails from all over the country and also appreciated J&K Taekwondo Association for taking initiative to conduct such an event in the state.
The Chief Guest of Closing Ceremony was Chairman Yoga Association of J&K/ Managing Director Tiny Tots School, Deepak Handa appreciated Atul Pangotra for the promotion of Taekwondo in the state of J&K and offered help whenever required.
Among others, Subash Shastri President Mazdoor Sangh, Ramesh Sharma Manager Brahman Sabha, Anuj Sharma Organizing Secretary JKTA, Shalinder Sharma Legal Adviser JKTA, Goldy Khurana and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
