SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 28: Sh. Saifuddin Bhat, Member Legislative Council, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today and extended warm greetings to Sh. Malik on his appointment as Governor J&K.
Sh. Bhat apprised Governor about various developmental issues relating to his area and for ensuring all round development of the State.
