Jammu , September 2nd: Jammu East MLA and party chief whip Rajesh Gupta toured various areas of the Jammu East constituency today.He was accompanied by Div.Com.Sanjeev Verma and Comissioner JMC Arvind Kotwal.
The tour started from Kanak Mandi via Gali Old Post Office, Daal Wali Gali, Malhotra Gali,Purani Mandi Dhakki, Guest House Gali, Ward No 11 and followed by Link Road Bazaar ,Koocha Nainnu Shah, Gali Ward No 4,Bawa Lal Ji Gali, Ward No 3 and its adjoining lanes and than Peerkho Mohalla Basti and culminating at Peerkho Parking.
At all the places MLA Rajesh Gupta and Div.Com.Sanjeev Verma interacted freely with the residents of these areas and listened to their problems. In majority of the cases on the spot instructions were issued for the redressal of the problems of the residents within a specific time frame.
The officials of the JMC who accompanied the MLA included Health Officer Dr.Saleem Khan,CTO Talat Mehmood, Xen Arun Gupta and JE R.K. Koul.
Local BJP leaders who accompanied the MLA included Parveen Kerni, Ashwani Sharma, Dwarkanath Gupta, Parveen Arora, Kamal Jain,Trilochan Dutt,Shiv Kumar, Sanjeev Sharma, Sanjeev Gupta, Aakhshit, Usha Sharma and Manav Mahajan.
