Jammu, Aug 27: JWAM President Sunil Dimple has said BJP and Prime minister Narinder Modi dream of abrogation of article 35-A and 370 will never come true.
Dimple alleged BJP is playing very dangerous game, double role on articles 35-A, 370 and creating law and order problem in the jammu kashmir state.
BJP has openly “admitted in Parliament” that union govt has no proposal to abolish dilute the Article 370 and 35A in moonsoon seccion .
Sunil Dimple president jammu west assembly movement issued press statement that the BJP is creating law and order problem in the state by trigring the article 35-a and 370, to hide its failuer in the state, country, for its vote bank policy keeping an eye on the 2019 election and the fresh assembly elewction in the state.
He said we fully support the retention of the article 35-A and 370 under the indian constituion.
He said Narinder Modi PM not to set the state on fire and divide the Jammu kashmir state by snatching our special status, our cultural identities of dogras, kashmiri pandits, muslims, ladakhies, gojries and pahadies for the sake of BJP lust for the power.
Dimple has said BJP and Prime minister Narinder Modi that your dream of abrogation of article 35-A and 370 will never come true.
He appealed the people of Kashmir and other Districts of Jammu region that we fully support theretention of thes articles under the indian constitution.
He appealed the people of the state, valley based organizations, congers, national conference and other organizations fighting for the retention of the article, please do not take law in the hands as this law and order will defeat us in our mission and anti natinonal elements will take its advantage.
Dimple said we support the retention of thes articles in the nationalist way and we will figt for these articles in natinalitic way.
Dimple alleged the BJP central leadership Amit Shaha, Ram Madav and the state BJP-PDP central govt has Imposed weak Governor rule in the state, without dissolution of the assembly and the central govt have put the state in trouble for the lust of the power and chair by horse trading and by luring the MLAS of PDP and different parties.
Dimple said the BJP union minister in monsoon secession of the parliament, in the parliament has clearly said that the govt has no proposal to abrogate, abolish and to Dilute the article 35A and 370.
He said the BJP and the prime minister Narinder Modi is dividing the state and the people of the country and missleading the nation on article 370 and 35-A.
He said the BJP prime minister Narinder Modi and the BJP is snatching the birth rights of the people and the special status of our state for his Political Motives, which we will never let happen till last breath and we will fight tooth and nail for the retention of these articles.
He said if BJP wants the abrogation of article 370 and the 35-A, it can easily do this as they have the full majority in the lok sabha, rajya sabha, have their own president and vice president of India, pass the ordnance and abrogate the articles and can easily abrogate the articles.
Dimple also appealed the wise, intellectuals, visionaries of the state and not to fell pray the miss leading anti jammu Kashmir propaganda of the BJP.
Dimple fully supported article 370 and dilution of Art 35-A as these articles is birth rights of the people of our state.
He said jammu Kashmir state is integral part of india and the people of all the three regions Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh are true Indians, have their own identity and their rights are protected, safe under the article 370 and of Art 35-A.
He said scraping of article 370 and the 35-A, will open the Gate ways of poverty, unemployment, the rights of the people of the state will badly crushed.
He alleged BJP playing politics on article 370 and the 35-A, to polarize the regions, people of the nation on hindu muslim lines.
Sunil Dimple demanded the BJP, prime minister Narinder Modi to implement delimitation and constitution of the delimitation commission in the state to end the discrimination and Kashmir centric domination on the Jammu region.
He coming down heavily on BJP alleged the double role of the BJP.
He said on one side the BJP is provoking for the abrogation scraping of the Article 370, 35-A and on other side its cabinet minister have given writing in the court, that the righting that the people of the state are safe under these articles.
He said if BJP wants the abrogation of article 370 and the 35-A , it can easily do this as they have the full majority in the lok sabha, rajya sabha, have their own president and vice president of India, pass the ordnance and abrogate the articles and can easily abrogate the articles.
Dimple said in the state BJP badly failed in the Scrap the “Jammu Demography change” ordnance passed by the Mahbooba Mufti to make the jammu Kashmir Islamic state.
Sunil Dimple also demanded Modi for the deportation of Rohingyas & Bangladeshis from Jammu as they are a grave threat to the Jammu’s demography and national security.
He demanded the Governor tho dissolve this unconstitutional assembly.
