August 19: Constable Muzaffar Ahmad Belt No. 1271 yesterday informed In-charge Police post Baltal that he found a bag containing Nine thousand rupees.
Immediately police made announcements on public address system and a lady identified as Meera Gupta, a widow resident of Madhya Pradesh came forward and claimed the money.
After proper verification, the amount was handed over to the lady. The devotees applauded this police action & praised the honesty of policeman
